Workplace diversity is about understanding, accepting, and valuing differences between people of different races, genders, ages, religions, disabilities, and sexual orientations, as well as differences in personalities, skill sets, experiences, and knowledge. Diversity & Inclusion in recruiting is a culture and process. On the other hand, AI solutions depending upon the type of AI used, could bring conscious and or unconscious bias into the algorithms. It is incumbent upon the recruiting solution provider to demonstrate how they debias as they train models; otherwise this will create an opposite effect.
